Minutes Annual Parish Meeting 22nd May 2025
WILLOUGHTON PARISH COUNCIL
The Annual Parish Meeting was held in the Village Hall, Thursday 22nd May 2025 at 6.30pm.
PRESENT.
Cllr. Mrs. S. Rovezzano (Chair), Cllr. Mr. D. Cowell (Vice-Chair), Cllr. Miss K. Clarke, Cllr. Ms. H. Goring, Cllr. Mr. G. Rowles Nicholson, Cllr. Mrs. K. Phillips, and Ms Hazel Fox (Clerk).
Also present: Cllr. Mr. C. Reeve (County Councillor for Scotter Rural) and Cllr. Mr. P. Howitt-Cowan (District Councillor for Hemswell Ward).
Prior to the meeting, the Chair welcome all those present and thanked Cllr. Reeve and Cllr. Howitt-Cowan for attending.

2. MINUTES OF THE MEETING HELD 23rd MAY 2024.
Resolution: Minutes approved and signed by the Chair.
3. MATTERS ARISING.
None.
4. PRECEPT AND ACCOUNTS.
a. The Parish precept was set at £8800.
b. There is £18,351.63 in the Parish Council accounts. The Clerk handed out copied of the accounts to all those present.
The meeting closed at 6.35 pm.
