Weekly Village Post Office.
Willoughton Parish Council has funded an outreach Post Office from the Village Hall for some years now.
Every Tuesday 1.30 - 2.30pm, the pop up Post Office provides all the main services:
Banking for 90% of banks, including cash withdrawals, cash deposit, cheque deposits and balances.
Same mail facilities as main post offices (T24, T48, next day delivery, stamps, mail order returns, etc).
Bill payment services for utilities, etc.
Electric and gas top ups for pre-payment meters.
Savings, including Instant Saver Bonds and ISAs.
DVLA car tax.
Postal Orders.
As with all these services, we need support to keep them going. The Post Office have this one under review, and if not enough residents are using it, we will lose it.
Please help us keep this vital service for those in the village who need it by making use of it.
